Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer's Regulatory Assistance practice draws from the firm's Environmental and Land Use and Litigation practices, to provide legal and technical support on matters involving environmental and property-law impacts of public utility projects.

In Public Service Board proceedings involving electric facility siting and construction, the firm's attorneys are experienced in addressing the environmental, aesthetic, water resource, solid waste, and regional planning aspects of the regulatory approval process.
