- Title Services. The firm offers a full range of title services, including title and permit searches and opinions, as well as title insurance. It acts as agents for the following title insurance companies: Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
- Acquisition and Sale of Real Estate. The firm provides assistance and advice on the negotiation for and acquisition or sale of real estate, related financings, and tax returns.
- Real Estate Development. The firm advises developers in obtaining state and local permits, permit compliance, creation of covenants and condominium documents, representation in public meetings, and in related financings.
- Leases. The firm negotiates and drafts commercial leases for clients including ground leases, office building/office space leases, leases of personal property, and a variety of other business leases.
