Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer counsels clients in virtually all aspects of employment and personnel related matters.
- Counseling. The firm counsels employers on employment practices, including personnel policies and manuals, employee discipline, employee termination, drug and alcohol testing, sexual harassment policies, employee safety, and internet privacy. The firm also advises clients on compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations and negotiates and drafts employment contracts on behalf of both employers and employees.
- Litigation. The firm has broad experience in state and federal litigation alleging breach of employment contract, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and related claims. The firm represents clients before federal and state administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Vermont Attorney General's Office, and the Vermont Department of Employment and Training.
