Andy Braley concentrates in the firm's litigation practice assisting accounting firms and their insurers in the defense of malpractice claims. Andy has experience working on claims and coverage issues for professional liability insurers, including coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and the insured's duty to cooperate. Andy also provides support to the firm's employment practice, which advises small and large corporate clients on state and federal employment-related laws both before and after a lawsuit is commenced. Andy graduated from the University of Vermont in 2000 and cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004, where he served as a member of Moot Court and the Syracuse University International Law Journal. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2005 and the Vermont Bar in 2006. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2005. |
