Doug Wolinsky joined the firm after practicing with Saxer Anderson Wolinsky & Sunshine P.C. of Burlington, Vermont. He received a Bachelors Degree from The University of Vermont in 1973 and a J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1978. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee in both the Northern District of New York and the District of Vermont.
