Gary F. Karnedy

Gary Karnedy concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance, commercial and administrative litigation. He defends a variety of corporate clients in court, alternative dispute proceedings, as well as regulatory and investigative proceedings before agencies of the State of Vermont.

Gary graduated cum laude from the University of Vermont in 1987 and from Boston College Law School in 1992. He was admitted to the State of New Hampshire Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1992, the District of Columbia Bar in 1994, and the State of Vermont Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont in 1995. He also served as Associate Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Select Education and Civil Rights in 1994, where he gained particular experience with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment-related laws.
