Joslyn Wilschek concentrates in the areas of public utility law, environmental law, administrative law, and water law. Joslyn graduated magna cum laude from the Ithaca College, Park School of Communications in 1999, and magna cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2003, where she served as Head Note editor of the Vermont Law Review (2002-2003). During law school, she was a Legal Clinician for the South Royalton Legal Clinic and served as an Environmental Dean's Fellow, where she taught legal writing to environmental master students. After law school, she served as a law clerk to Justice Gregory Hobbs, Jr., of the Colorado Supreme Court from 2003-2004. The following year she served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Paul L. Reiber of the Vermont Supreme Court. Joslyn was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003 and the Vermont Bar in 2005. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2005.
