Kurt Lutes primarily provides paralegal support to the firm's captive insurance team.

Kurt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German language. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, he was a legal assistant in the Intellectual Property Management Program at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado.
