Gary Barnes Certified

Gary Barnes has just been certified as a Circuit Court- Civil Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. To complete the certification requirements, Gary completed postgraduate studies in mediation at a program affiliated with the University of Miami Law School, and apprenticeship mediation experience with Hon. Herbert Stettin (Ret.) of Miami, Jay Cohen, Esq. of Orlando, and John Freud, Esq. of Miami. Gary accepts business and commercial disputes for mediation, throughout the U.S., and also mediates mortgage foreclosure actions in Vermont.
