PPEC’s Energy and Telecommunications Law Group member, Joslyn Wilschek, secured a Certificate of Public Good from the Public Service Board on November 16, 2009 that authorizes the municipal electric departments of Barton and Orleans to replace approximately 5.5 miles of 50-year-old 46kV line, with relocation of 1.6 miles in two segments. The total project cost was estimated at $3.7 million.
