Gary Franklin successfully defends jury verdict before Second Circuit Court of Appeals

On February 2, 2010, in the matter of Chooseco v. Lean Forward Media, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a jury verdict in favor of the firm’s client, Chooseco, upholding its right to terminate a licensing agreement for failure to achieve certain production requirements. The court of appeals further found Lean Forward’s continuing complaints that its performance under the agreement had been sabotaged to be without merit. The appeal was briefed and argued by Gary Franklin.
