New Shareholders With Our Firm
We are pleased to announce that Leo Bisson, Greg Clayton and Greg Eaton, who have among them more than seventy years of trial and litigation experience in Vermont and New Hampshire, and Eli Emerson, with eight years’ experience in energy and telecommunications law, have become Shareholders with our firm.
Leo Bisson practices out of PPEC’s Montpelier, Vermont office and has over 30 years of litigation and trial experience in Vermont state and federal courts. Leo’s primary practice areas are tort defense, insurance coverage and professional responsibility. He also serves as a mediator.
Gregory Clayton practices out of PPEC’s Littleton, New Hampshire office. Greg is a litigator who has practiced over 25 years. His trial practice extends throughout the state and federal courts in both New Hampshire and Vermont and is focused on commercial litigation, personal injury, product liability, environmental liability and insurance coverage matters. Greg also serves as private and court-appointed mediator in both New Hampshire and Vermont, and has mediated over 90 cases.
Gregory Eaton practices out of PPEC’s Littleton, New Hampshire office and has been a trial attorney since 1993. His practice includes the state and federal courts of Vermont and New Hampshire, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, personal injury, commercial and employment litigation. Greg serves as a court-appointed mediator for the New Hampshire Superior Court.
Elijah Emerson practices of out PPEC’s St. Johnsbury, Vermont office. Eli’s practice concentrates in the areas of utility law, including electric, telephone and water, environmental law, and corporate and administrative law. Eli is admitted to practice in the States of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
