Mandy Rosenfeld primarily practices in the areas of healthcare and employment law. Mandy works with healthcare providers on matters relating to compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, including fraud and abuse prevention, HIPAA regulations, and provider contracting. Mandy also supports the firm's employment practice, which advises small and large corporate clients on state and federal employment-related laws both before and after a lawsuit is commenced.
Mandy graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College in 1998, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and from Boston College Law School in 2002. After law school, Mandy practiced general litigation and employment law at Boston-area law firms, and most recently was Assistant Director at the New England Regional Office of the Anti-Defamation League.
