Douglas Wolinsky practices in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, creditors' rights and the protection of debtors, as well as general corporate law and intellectual property. Doug serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee in both the District of Vermont and the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Vermont Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee, is past Chair of the Vermont Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Committee, and was recently elected to the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association's Board of Directors.
