Douglas Wolinsky practices in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, creditors' rights and the protection of debtors, as well as general corporate law and intellectual property. Doug serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee in both the District of Vermont and the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Vermont Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee, and is past Chair of the Vermont Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Committee. Doug is recognized among the The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He is also listed in the 2009 edition of New England Super Lawyers.
