Eli Emerson concentrates in the areas of utility law, including electric, telephone and water, environmental law, and corporate and administrative law.
Eli graduated from the University of Vermont in 1998 and magna cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2002, where he served as managing editor of the Vermont Law Review (2001-2002). Following law school, he served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Leigh I. Saufley of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. Eli was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2002, the Massachusetts Bar in 2002, and the Vermont Bar in 2003. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2003.
