Gail Westgate joined Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer after ten years of practicing with Saxer Anderson Wolinsky & Sunshine PC in Burlington, Vermont.  Prior to that, she was general counsel for Bank of Vermont.  She graduated from Albany Law School at Union University in 1980 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Simmons College.  She specializes in banking, creditors' rights, corporate law, commercial transactions and real estate law. Gail is listed among The Best Lawyers in America in the field of banking law.
