Greg Clayton is a litigator who has practiced over 27 years. His trial practice extends throughout the state and federal courts in both New Hampshire and Vermont and is focused on commercial litigation, personal injury, product liability, environmental liability, timber trespass, real estate litigation and insurance coverage matters. Greg regularly serves as a private and court-appointed mediator in both New Hampshire and Vermont, and has mediated over 100 cases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
