Jeff Marlin's practice focuses on civil litigation, trials and appeals, including personal injury, insurance coverage, premises liability, employment, land use, civil rights, commercial and construction law.

Prior to moving to Vermont in 2004, Jeff was a Partner at The McLaughlin Brothers, LLP, a trial practice firm recognized as Boston's leader in eminent domain and real estate litigation. In addition, he has extensive experience in land use, real estate tax abatement and conveyancing and estate administration. Jeff also spent several years as a litigation attorney at Bingham Dana LLP (now Bingham McCutchen LLP), one of Boston's largest and oldest general practice firms.
