Lagretta concentrates in the firm’s estate planning, banking, and corporate practices. She assists clients in the formation of various business entities and also works closely with clients on a day-to-day basis, advising them on business matters. Lagretta works with banks and businesses on a variety of loan transactions and she also has significant experience guiding clients through the estate planning process.

Lagretta graduated from Vassar College. Following graduation, she spent three years in Japan, working and studying Japanese. Upon her return to the States, she attended Cornell Law School, where she focused on business law. After law school, Lagretta served for two years as law clerk to Chief Judge Robert L. Hinkle of the Northern District of Florida in Tallahassee, Florida. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2006.
