Randy Wachsmann joined the firm in 2002 and concentrates in the areas of financial services, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters. His practice is largely focused on the formation and operation of captive insurance companies. Randy has significant experience working with reciprocal insurers and other group captives. He has represented captive insurance companies in various commercial transactions, including redomestications, conversions, mergers and the transfer of liabilities.
